Personal Training is the best way to reach your specified goals. Not only do you receive a program specifically designed to your personal goals but you get the push, accountability and motivation each and every session and beyond. Each personal training client will receive an initial fitness evaluation which will include measurements, weigh-in, body composition, physical evaluation and before pictures. The results of this initial testing will be used as a tangible tool to measure your progress.
Personal Training can be done in a One on One or Partnered Training environment . We always have clients looking to partner up. The benefit of having a training partner with your Personal Trainer is the higher level or motivation and accountability. Some people also like the competitive nature of working alongside someone else.
